Our showrooms are open and we are excited to assist you with your home furnishing needs. Appointments for in-store visits are encouraged but not required. By reserving an appointment for your in-store experience you will be provided with a consultant who can ensure that your time in the showroom is customized to your needs.

As a locally owned, family-run business, we pride ourselves on offering a superior shopping experience for our customers. As always, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are following executive order number 63 issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia Office of the Governor directing a requirement to wear a face covering while inside buildings. We want to assure you that we are taking proactive measures to disinfect high-touch, hard surface areas and that our employees are healthy; any team member who displays symptoms of an illness is instructed to stay at home. Our showrooms are large and provide ample space to practice social distancing throughout your visit.
In-home services continue to be temporarily suspended, including but not limited to in-home repair or inspection services and in-home design appointments. Our teams are happy to assist you with your design experience without needing to visit your home, get started with your design project by completing our Design Help Form Online.
We continue to offer our Platinum Flat-Rate Delivery and Set Up in your home. We kindly ask that you and anyone home at the time of delivery practice social distancing for the safety of our employees and your family.
We are also offering front door or garage delivery to limit contact and exposure. Please let us know if you prefer this type of delivery service. Our delivery department is currently available to assist you by phone Tuesday – Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please call 703-406-7600, option 2, to speak with the delivery department.
Customer Pick-Up is available at our Distribution Center Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Our warehouse is located on Ocean Court in Sterling, Virginia.
Customer Pick-Up in our showrooms is available by appointment. It is recommended that you bring help with you to assist with loading your item(s) as we cannot guarantee a team member will be available. Please speak with a store manager to schedule an appointment for showroom pick-up by calling 703-406-7600, option 1.
Special Orders – How Long Will It Take To Receive A Special Order Item?
Due to disruption in the supply chain and increased demand, we cannot guarantee estimated arrival times for special order items, especially custom items. Each manufacturer is experiencing varying levels of delays; some minimal and others longer. If timing for your new items to be in your home is important to you, we recommend shopping are large selection of in-stock items that are available right away from our warehouse.
