Due to COVID-19, our showrooms are open by appointment only. As a non-essential retail business, the Virginia state guidelines allow 10 customers in a store.

Current Customer Pick-Up Hours:

For Customer Pick-up At Warehouse: Tuesday – Saturday: 10AM – 6PM

For Customer Pick-up At Store: Please schedule an appointment to pick up your in-store purchase, 703-406-7600. It is recommended that you bring help with you to assist with loading your item as we cannot guarantee a team member will be available. For larger items, we suggest that you might want to schedule delivery of your item. We offer in-home delivery and front door delivery options. Please call our delivery office for more information on scheduling a delivery, 703-406-7600, option 2.

Being Mindful of COVID-19

Dear Valued Customers,

As a locally owned, family-run business, we pride ourselves on offering a superior shopping experience for our customers. As always, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We want to let you know that our team is available to serve our customers looking to create beautiful homes. At the same time, Belfort Furniture is carefully monitoring the Coronavirus COVID-19 developments from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as local and state health agencies. We continue to take precautionary measures to ensure that best practices are in-place in our showroom and during the delivery of furniture. We want to assure our customers that our employees, sales staff, furniture pick-up staff and delivery staff who interact with customers are healthy. Any team member who displays symptoms of an illness is instructed to stay at home.

Platinum Delivery and Set-Up of Your Furniture Order

We are currently delivering furniture orders to customers. If you are scheduled for a delivery and are experiencing symptoms, your delivery will be scheduled for a later date. For customers who wish to receive their furniture but do not want a delivery team to enter their home, we are offering alternative delivery options that include curbside delivery and front entrance delivery (furniture left at door or garage). Please contact our delivery office at 703-406-7600, option 2 to discuss these options.

Retail Showrooms and Design Appointments

Our showrooms are open by appointment only to serve our customers. We want to assure you that we are taking proactive measures to disinfect high-touch, hard surface areas including entrances, customer service stations, staircase handrails, elevators and restrooms in compliance with CDC preventative protocols. Our talented designers are here to help you with your next project, large or small.

Some measures we are taking at this time include:

- We do not have any large scale events on the schedule.

- We have limited non-essential meetings and trainings to minimize contact and reduce travel.

- Our showrooms are large and allow sufficient space for “social distancing.” We are open by appointment only and limiting patrons to 10 or less per building at any time.

- Additional cleaning supplies have been provided so that phones, keyboards, touchscreens and other high-touch surfaces can be cleaned in addition to the routine cleaning efforts, which have been refocused on disinfecting.

- We have disposable gloves available in each showroom.

- Cookie and/or cheese trays will no longer be served. Wine will be served in disposable cups.

We understand that some customers may not want to visit our showroom. We are here to serve you through our website. You can also email us, Online@belfortfurniture.com, or chat with us online about furniture you are interested in. If you are working from home and notice that a room could use a refresh, we invite you to take a photo and send it to us.
