Masks Required In Our Showrooms – For your safety and the safety of others individuals must wear face coverings over their nose and mouth in accordance with Section III of Executive Order 72. Questions about wearing a mask? Please see a manager. Masks are available upon request.
Showroom Appointments – Appointments are available for in-store visits, but are not required. By reserving an appointment for your in-store experience you will be provided with a consultant who can ensure that your time in our showrooms is customized to your needs.

Safety and Cleaning
The health and safey of our customers and employees is our top priority. Face masks are mandatory in our showrooms for staff and customers. We are a hand-shake free zone and physical distancing is to be practiced at all times.
Our sales counters are equipped with plexiglass screens at reception computer stations. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout our showrooms for all to access. High-touch areas are a priority for our cleaning staff and are frequently wiped down and sanitized throughout the day.

If you do not feel comfortable visiting our showrooms we encourage you to take advantage of our website and virtual shopping options. Many items are available to purchase on our website. Our Web Team is available to answer any questions you may have, work with you on selecting the right furniture for your project, or assist by placing an order for you. Furniture Delivery, Contactless Delivery and Free Curbside Pick-up
Delivery – We continue to offer our Platinum Flat-Rate Delivery and Set Up in your home. We kindly ask that you and anyone home at the time of delivery practice social distancing for the safety of our employees and your family.
Contactless Delivery – We are also offering front door or garage delivery to limit contact and exposure, at your request. Please let us know if you prefer this type of delivery service by contacting our delivery department at 703-406-7600, option 2.
Free Pick-Up – Customer pick-up is available at our Distribution Center Monday through Saturday from 10AM to 6PM. Our distribution center is located at 45190 Ocean Ct. Sterling, Virginia 20166.Upon your arrival, please follow the signs for parking and call our team to let us know you are here. A team member will call back to ask you to pull into the loading dock and will load the items into your vehicle.
Please be aware that due to the volume of furniture pick ups each day we are unable to begin pulling and prepping your furniture for pickup until your vehicle has arrived. Once you arrive to the parking lot of our distribution center, please call us to let us know you are here. We will then pull and prep your order. We appreciate your understanding.
We offer a wide range of in-stock furniture across all product categories. In-stock items are in our warehouse and ready for immediate pick-up or delivery scheduling. We continue to order new stock merchandise that is on order with manufacturers and available to reserve to your order. These items are on order and often estimated to arrive quicker than a special order would.
Special Orders – Due to disruption in the supply chain and an increased demand, many orders and manufacturers are experiencing delays and longer than normal lead times. Delays vary by brand and even by item. If timing for receiving your new furniture is important to you please contact us to start your project with a consultant. Our consultants can help source our in stock products, floor samples and other products that are available right away, some of which are not shown on our website.
