2024 Dream Room Makeover Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. One entry per person. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter and a legal resident of the continental United States and reside within the Belfort Furniture distribution area. Complete official entry form in its entirety. All entries must be entered by 9pm (EST), June 30, 2024. One (1) winner will be selected. One winner will receive a $10,000, (ten thousand dollar), room makeover; (a bedroom, a living room, or a dining room makeover.) Merchandise for the room makeover is limited to furniture, window treatments and accessories sold at Belfort Furniture. Actual value of the furniture, window treatments and accessories is the Belfort selling price. Furniture and accessories must be selected and delivered by December 20, 2024. All prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-redeemable for cash. No substitutions permitted. Customary delivery charges will apply. Prize-winner will be chosen by a panel of judges from all eligible entries received by June 30, 2024. Incorrect, illegible and incomplete entries are void. All entries will become the property of Belfort Furniture. Decision of judges is final.

Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by mail/email/and or phone no later than July 31, 2024. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, release and indemnification and return it within fourteen days of receipt or prize will be forfeited, unless prohibited by law. If winner is unable to accept the prize during the dates designated, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. If Belfort Furniture is unable to contact a winner or if the winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner shall be selected.

By accepting the prize, winner agrees to allow use of his or her name, voice, photograph, before and after room photographs for promotional purposes without compensation where permitted. Winner allows Belfort Furniture to stage home with appropriate accessories to complete the room look for photographic purposes. This may include hanging prints on walls, hanging window treatments and placing accessories on tables. The winner may purchase the accessories selected for use in the photograph.

Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the continental US except the state of Florida with the further exception of Belfort Furniture employees and their families and Belfort Furniture suppliers, agencies, affiliates as well as their promotion and advertising agency unless prohibited by law. Requests must be received by July 31, 2024. If in the sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspicion or evidence of actual tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Belfort Furniture reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a drawing to award the prize(s) using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated end date, notice will be posted at Belfort Furniture, their website, and in other media used to promote this sweepstakes.All taxes and expenses associated with any element of the prize not specifically addressed above is the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the winner’s responsibility. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV (Approximate Retail Value) of the prize.
