Medical/Dental/Prescription/Vision Insurance
Belfort Furniture
offers medical, dental and vision benefits through United Healthcare.
All active full-time employees become eligible for participation
in the plan after completing a waiting period of 90 days service
with the Company.
Life And Accident Insurance
Because it is important that there
be money available to your beneficiaries in the event of your
death, the Company provides a Life Insurance benefit. In addition,
accidents are the leading cause of death and serious injury.
For that reason the Company also provides Accidental Death and
Dismemberment coverage. Both benefits are available to the employee
after the initial introductory period and only to active full
time employees who elect health benefits.
Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance
This insurance is
designed to provide income for you when you are absent from work
due to a non-occupational illness.
Voluntary Long Term Disability Insurance
The Long Term Disability
insurance plan replaces part of your pay if you are out of work
for an extended period of time because of a disability that is
not job-related and you qualify for plan benefits.
401(K) Qualified Retirement Plan
Our company
provides eligible employees with a 401(k) Qualified Retirement
plan which is an excellent means of long-term savings for your
retirement. The company’s contribution, if any, is determined
by the company on an annual basis.
Adoption Assistance
Adoption assistance is provided for active,
full-time employees who have completed six (6) months of service.
Additional information will be provided during the orientation
process.
Credit Union
People's Trust Federal Credit Union provides a
full range of personal financial solutions, including investment
and insurance services through its subsidiary, Signal Hill Financial
Resources.
Employee Assistance Program
To help employees
and their families balance work and personal issues, the company
offers Administaff offers an employee assistance program at
no cost to the employee. An employee may utilize the employee
assistance program immediately upon hire – there is no
waiting period.
