Being drawn to art and design early on, my career path took me from fashion, retail, small business management and visual display through to the opening of my silk floral design business in 1986.
While working with, my clients, I quickly saw the demand for design in other areas in their homes - paint color, artwork and accessories, window treatments, rugs, and furniture selection and arrangement.
My move to Belfort Furniture in 2007 and becoming certified in design in the following year has given me access to the great selection of home furnishings that Belfort has to offer. I am passionate about Design and enjoy establishing my client relationships. Listening to you and helping you determine the right choices that bring beauty and balance to your home is thrilling for me. My personal goal is for each of my clients to have rooms they look forward to coming home to every day, with the anticipation of welcome, warmth and relaxation they thought they could only dream of feeling.
I do take you outside of your comfort zone a bit, but the end result is exciting for you. Making your rooms mesmerizing by combining colors, textures and style creates curiosity for your guests, resulting in conversation about your home. So, come see me! I would love to work with you!
Design Tip: Make sure you have strategically placed lighting in the rooms that you will be using throughout the evening. There are many lighting options and I assure you that you and your family will be happy with the effects. You can set the mood for comfort, solitude, socializing or romance very easily.
