My philosophy has always been, love what you do, and you will never have to ‘work’ a day in your life. With more than two decades of experience in the furniture and design business, I can happily say that I have lived my philosophy.
It is a pleasure to help my clients create functional and beautiful homes and rooms. When they share their design dilemmas and concerns with me, it isn’t a burden, it is an opportunity to discover an excellent solution, guide them through the process, help them to make informed decisions, and ultimately transform their spaces. And it is a pleasure to know that my expertise helped to make those spaces more beautiful and functional than they would have been.
I love working with color, balance and scale. My understanding of how to use these elements harmoniously allows me to create winning designs in a variety of diverse and challenging spaces. I have designed homes all over the Metro DC area, within almost every architectural style, period, and price point. As a designer, my goal is to find and create a look that my client loves, within the given budget. It isn’t ‘work’ if you really love it. And I do!
