What is the warranty on my furniture?

Does Belfort sell gift certificates?
Yes, we do sell gift certificates. They can be purchased in person at any of our store locations or over the telephone.
Do you have wheelchairs available for customers?
We have wheelchairs available for our customers in each showroom.

Furniture Questions

I am planning on buying a large piece of furniture. I am not sure if it will fit in my home. How can I be sure?
Belfort Furniture offers a "Measure to Fit" service. Simply ask your salesperson to schedule a "Measure to Fit" appointment. One of our highly skilled furniture technicians will come to your home and measure doorways, halls, etc. to ensure that your purchase will fit. The fee for this service is $50 and can be applied to your purchase.
Does Belfort re-upholster furniture?
No we do not. Most often you will find that it costs more to re-upholster old furniture than to buy new products. Browse our online showroom or visit a store near you to view the latest trends and our exciting selection.
Will you remove my old furniture?
We will remove your existing mattress and box spring for sleep set purchases only.
Can I purchase toss pillows in a different or the same fabric?
In most cases, yes. Please email Belfort's Customer Service Department or call us at 703-406-7600, ext. 6.
What do you recommend to clean and polish wood furniture?

How often should I flip or rotate my cushions?
Loose cushions and pillows should be flipped, rotated and fluffed on a weekly basis to keep the filling evenly distributed and to allow for even wear.
How can I protect my wood furniture from the wear and tear of normal household items?

The Belfort Furniture credit card is a service we provide to our customers through GE Capital 1-866-396-8254. All credit card billing and statement inquiries must be addressed to GE Capital directly.

Is there an annual fee for the Belfort Furniture credit card?

Delivery Questions

Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes, we deliver furniture Tuesday through Saturday.
Where do I pick up my furniture?
Your furniture order can be picked at our warehouse located at 45190 Ocean Court, Sterling, Va.
Furniture pick-up hours are Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm and Sunday noon - 5pm.
