Finely crafted furniture made with solid wood harvested directly from the Appalachian mountains define the Appalachian Hardwood collection. Items are constructed with white oak or solid cherry trees grown in areas less than a day's drive from the factory in Virginia. Every tree used to build these pieces is replaced. Characterized by simple straight lines and the pleasing natural look of wood grain, these items are modest and comforting. Choose from an array of finishes; such as the traditional look of dark solid cherry, transitional look of merlot cherry, or a light solid oak for a more polished shaker look. Depending on the finish, a number of hardware options are available as well. Beds come in a variety of diversified styles: arched slat, mansion panel and rake sleigh.
